Circuit Food Division is a pocket sized; high quality food store located in Airport West. We meet the demands of Melbournians who value high quality food and ingredients. We are a boutique food store that does not mass produce food that sits in fridges or freezers, we prepare our food fresh every few days to ensure our customers have the freshest of fresh food.

All our food is hand crafted by 2 chefs that are also husband & wife and have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. We originate from Southern Italian heritage. Our food is made from traditional recipes going back generations from our family’s birthplace. This is where the greatest recipes where taught, by touch, feel and taste, not measurement.

We are fully qualified Chef's that have worked in the hospitality industry since the late 90's. We have both worked and ran multiple restaurants in Melbourne as well as having our own restaurant in Carlton for 7 years.

We have also had the honour to have been private personal chefs to Australian V8 Supercar race teams and travelled the race circuit around Australia & New Zealand to cook for high profile race car drivers, local and international team owners, staff and pit crew for the top teams in the category, including 3 out of the last 5 Bathurst 100 winners. This is where our name CIRCUIT FOOD DIVISION evolved.

We aim to provide our customers restaurant quality food that can be eaten in the comfort of your own home, free of preservatives & additives, just good fresh food.

Our retail store is open from Monday to Friday  7:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm. Available in store is our fresh pastas, sauces, weekly specials & sweets as well as ready-made lunch or dinner packs that just need to be heated.

Our Panini & Pasta bar is open from Monday to Saturday 10:00am- 2:00pm serving hot food for a quick lunch option.

We serve a selection of our hand crafted pastas and sauces cooked to order, and a selection of Italian panini and daily specials.
