At the heart of Circuit Food Division is a talented duo—husband and wife chefs, whose passion for food shapes every dish we create. With over 40 years of combined experience in the professional hospitality industry across some of melbourne's best restaurants and working with some of the best chefs, we bring a wealth of experience and a deep love for the culinary arts.
In the early 2000s, we proudly operated Zingarella in Lygon Street, Carlton for seven years, honing our craft and establishing our reputation. Over the years, we have led and worked in some of Melbourne’s most loved restaurants, gaining invaluable experience in the hospitality life.
Our approach to food is rooted in our Southern Italian heritage, where every recipe is a cherished family tradition. We honour time-honoured recipes passed down from our mothers and Nonna’s, which were crafted by feel, touch, and taste—without the need for measurements. This connection to our heritage is evident in every dish we prepare.
Our cooking journey has taken us to some truly exceptional places. We’ve had the privilege of catering for Australian V8 Supercar race teams, traveling across race circuits in both Australia and New Zealand. Our clientele includes not only top Australian race car drivers, team owners, and pit crews, but also high-profile international team owners. In addition to the races, we’ve catered private functions for these elite individuals, ensuring every event is as memorable as the races themselves.
Among our clients are the teams and drivers of the prestigious Bathurst 1000, a testament to the level of service and quality we provide. It was within this high-performance environment that Circuit Food Division was born—driven by a passion to deliver exceptional food to those who demand nothing less than excellence.
