From intimate home gatherings to grand celebrations, Circuit Food Division caters to every occasion. Our wide range of events include, birthdays, engagements, bridal and baby showers, religious celebrations, picnics, school events, office corporate functions, sporting club functions, funerals and wake services.

 

All orders are made fresh and cooked to order, ensuring quality and flavor in every bite. Your food will be hot and ready to serve at the time of pick-up from 17 Webb Road, Airport West
Pick-up available Monday to Saturday. Latest pick up collection time on Saturdays is 6:30pm


SUNDAY CATERING

We no longer offer catering on Sundays.
However, if you need food for a Sunday event, we’ve got you covered. You can collect your order on Saturday, fully cooked and chilled, with easy reheating instructions provided. Simply warm the food at your convenience before your function.

Catering services on public holidays are not guaranteed. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

 

CHEFS AT YOUR FUNCTION

Looking for something more exclusive and want us to come to you personally and cook at your space? We offer on-site catering where our team comes to your location to prepare and present our food. This premium service requires a minimum spend of $3,500. For more information for this service, or to make arrangements, please get in touch with us directly.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We’re proud to offer a large range of vegetarian (V) and gluten-free (GF) options as part of our catering menu.

Our team takes great care when preparing gluten-free items, but as our kitchens do handle gluten-containing ingredients and products, we want to be transparent in saying that we can’t guarantee any dish is entirely gluten-free.

All of our beef, poultry, and seafood dishes are made using Halal-certified ingredients.

At this time, we don’t offer a dedicated vegan catering menu.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We may offer delivery, subject to availability. Delivery fees start at $50 for local suburbs and may vary based on distance and timing. Payment for delivery is made directly to the driver upon arrival. Please note, this is strictly a delivery service only. The driver will arrive at your venue, and you will greet them outside your function space. We do not provide inside delivery service or setup within your event area.

To ensure we provide the best service for your catering needs, please place all catering requests via email or text message only.

When submitting your request, kindly include the following information:

  • Date of your event
  • Time of your event
  • Food items you'd like to order (Include quantity, dietary preferences, etc.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A 30% deposit is required when placing your booking. Your reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is paid. Please note, your event time and date cannot be held without both an order and a deposit.
  • Deposits can be made in-store via cash or card (card charges apply), or over the phone by credit card (charges apply). EFT payments are our preferred payment method. 
  • Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, your deposit may not be refunded.
  • A 15% surcharge applies for public holiday catering orders.
